Arthur M. Frank, Esquire received his Bachelor or Arts from the University of Baltimore in 1974. While graduating Magna Cum Laude would be noteworthy enough, what amazed most people was that Arthur completed both 7 years of undergraduate studies and Law School in just over three (3) years!
Eager to pursue law, in early 1977, Arthur graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School and was sworn-in to be youngest member of the Maryland Bar in Maryland history at the age of 21.
Without altering his pace, and just a few months into practicing law, at age 22, Arthur had his first series of jury trials, which included serious felonies and major personal injury cases. Many of his high-profile cases landed on the front pages of the local newspapers and television networks, earning Arthur a serious and excellent reputation as a fierce legal trial advocate in many different areas of the law, with his clients, attorneys and judges.
Since 1977, Arthur has been actively engaged in the general practice of Law as the owner of The Law Offices of Arthur M. Frank, P.A., Suburban Legal Group and "Of Counsel" to the Yost Legal Group. These firms have concentrated primarily in civil claims for those injured and criminal-defense litigation.
Arthur's career has included many jury and court trials. He has appeared in Federal District Court and in every District Court in every county in the State of Maryland. Arthur has argued cases before the Court of Appeals, Court of Special Appeals, United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and in Courts in the District of Columbia, Florida, California, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Arthur's cases have included numerous extremely high-profile trials, with well-known issues and/or well-known clients, making Arthur's images and constant advocacy for his clients no stranger to the nightly news.
"Client-Focused" and "Law-savvy" are how many have described Arthur and his obvious dedication to both the client and the law that really makes him stand out among his peers. If you have a legal concern in the State of Maryland and want to talk with someone who has experience, will listen, and be straightforward with you, contact The Law Offices of Arthur M. Frank, P.A. today for a free consultation.
